After reading the letter written by her husband following his arrest, Sunita Kejriwal, Arvind Kejriwal's wife, clarified that despite being in jail, Arvind Kejriwal remains committed to serving the nation.

The Central investigative agency, the Enforcement Directorate (ED), arrested Kejriwal on Thursday night in connection with the Delhi excise policy case. At present, CM Kejriwal is in ED custody.

Appearing emotionally:

Sunita Kejriwal said while reading Arvind Kejriwal's statement, "We should not harbour hatred towards BJP; they are also our brothers." It should be noted that since the arrest, AAP, along with other opposition parties, has been critical of the BJP.

Continuing her statement, Sunita Kejriwal said, "Whether I am inside or outside, I will continue serving the nation every moment. Every moment of my life is dedicated to the country. Every drop of my blood is for the country. I was born on this earth to struggle. I have struggled a lot until now, and there are more struggles ahead. Therefore, this arrest does not deter us. I have received a lot of love from you all."

She further said, "In my previous life, I must have done some good deeds to be born in a great country like India. We have to make India great again, the most powerful and number one country in the world. Many forces within and outside India are weakening the country."

Addressing the people of Delhi,

 Sunita Kejriwal appealed, "We need to recognize these forces and defeat them. Many forces in India are patriotic and want to move the country forward. We need to join hands with these forces and strengthen them. My mothers and sisters in Delhi might be thinking that Kejriwal has gone inside; who knows if he will receive bail or not? I appeal to all my mothers and sisters to trust their brother and son."

"There are no bars that can keep your brother and son locked up for long. I will return soon and fulfil my promise. Has Kejriwal ever made a promise that he did not fulfil? Your brother and son are made of iron; they are solid. I just have one request - visit the temple once and seek blessings from God for me. The prayers of millions of people are with me. That is my strength."

"I appeal to all the Aam Aadmi Party workers not to stop social and public service because of my incarceration. That's why we should not hate the BJP either. They are all my brothers and sisters. I will return soon. Yours, Arvind."
