Navratri Recipe: Like every year, this year, Shardiya Navratri will start from 15th October in the month of Ashwin. This festival is celebrated with great pomp across the country. In such a situation, people have started preparations for it.

People place the idol of Maa Durga in homes and pandals and worship the nine forms of Mata Rani. These days, people also keep fast. Many times, it happens that during fasting, one suddenly feels hungry, and does not understand what to cook in such a hurry.

Due to this, in today's article, we are going to tell you about the salty and spicy 'Sabudana Falahari Bhel', which you can easily make at home. You will only need to do a little for this, so without wasting any time, let us teach you how to make Fruity Bhel.

Ingredients for making Sabudana Bhel

  • half cup sago
  • boiled potatoes
  • chilli powder
  • Groundnut
  • chopped coriander
  • Ghee
  • rock salt
  • Lemon juice 

Method

To make this Bhel, first soak the sago in water for a few hours, so that it swells appropriately. After this, when it swells properly, drain its water and let it dry for some time.

While the sago is drying, add ghee in a pan and fry the boiled potatoes, peanuts and cashew nuts until they become slightly golden. After they are roasted properly, cook the sago in the same pan until it becomes somewhat soft. When it is cooked, take it out in a bowl.
After this, add finely chopped green coriander, lemon juice, peanuts, rock salt and red chilli powder along with potato masala and mix well. Your fruit bhel is ready.
