Ingredients required for Malai Kofta
To make Malai Kofta, 4 boiled potatoes, cheese 250 grams, cream 250 mg, tomatoes 2, flour 50 grams, chopped onion, cashew nuts 15, raisins 1 spoon, cashew paste 50 grams, milk 4 scoops, red chilli powder. Take 1/2 teaspoon, turmeric 1/2 teaspoon, garam masala 1/2 teaspoon, chopped coriander 1 teaspoon, Kasuri methi 1 teaspoon, sugar 1 teaspoon and salt as per taste.

Easy way to make Malai Kofta
1. To make Malai Kofta at home, first, you will need boiled potatoes. Take boiled potatoes as you need them and keep them in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours. When the potatoes cool down thoroughly, mash the potatoes and cheese well. Now you can add flour to it and mix all three well. This mixture should be slightly soft. This will make it easier to make koftas.

2. Now take cashews, raisins and other dry fruits. Cut them into small pieces. Then add 1/2 teaspoon sugar to it. After this, heat the oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, make round balls of the potato and cheese mixture and fill dry fruits inside them. Now put these kofta balls in hot oil and fry them. Fry all the koftas in this way and take them out. In this way, your koftas will be made, and then gravy will have to be made.

3. After making koftas, prepare to make gravy. To make gravy, take tomato paste, onion and ginger paste and fry them. After this, add cashew paste to it. Meanwhile, add two spoons of hot milk to it. Now add dry spices and kasoori methi to the gravy. Fry the dressing until it starts leaving oil. After this, add half a cup of water to the sauce. When it starts thickening slightly, add cream to it and add one spoonful of sugar.

4. After this, keep the gravy once again on low flame and leave it to cook. After some time, when the dressing is cooked well, then add the previously fried koftas to it and mix well. Now, you can sprinkle coriander over it and serve it with hot roti or rice.
