How To Make Dahi Upma Recipe:
Material-

  • Semolina
  • Mustard seeds
  • curry leaves
  • urad dal
  • Chickpea lentil
  • Onion
  • Vegetable
  • Curd
  • ginger-garlic paste
  • Green chilly
  • salt as per taste
  • chilli powder
  • coriander leaves

Method-

To make up, first, fry the semolina until the aroma comes out.
Could you keep it aside?
Heat ghee in a pan.
Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, urad dal and chana dal and let it crackle.
Add ginger garlic paste and fry it.
When the onion turns brown, add vegetables to it, cover the pan and let the vegetables cook.
Add curd water and fry for a minute.
Add roasted semolina, along with it, and add 4 cups of water.
Now, let everything cook.
Garnish with green coriander and serve hot.
