Late at night, Kanpur Dehat Police launched a checking campaign on the highway. 

As a result, when the police asked three youths on a bike to stop, the accused opened fire on the police team. In retaliation, the police shot one of the miscreants in the leg while the other was caught. 

Police in Kanpur Dehat are proving to be a challenge for criminals, who are finding it difficult to evade vigilant law enforcement. The police are alert and active, patrolling the roads and highways to prevent crime. They recently encountered miscreants during a patrol, and as a result, a criminal was shot while another was apprehended.

The police's response to the criminal activity in Kanpur Dehat has sent a clear message to the criminal element that their days of operating with impunity are over. Outpost in charge Bhagmal and his team, along with Area Officer Tanu Upadhyay, were patrolling near the highway in the Alamchandpur area of Akbarpur police station, stopping and questioning suspicious individuals. 

The police attempted to stop three youths on a bike for questioning, but they opened fire on the police team and attempted to escape, leading to a confrontation between the two parties. The police deployed two teams and surrounded the miscreants, eventually catching one and injuring the other, who was later identified as Monish.

Area Officer Tanu Upadhyay stated that the miscreants were stopped near Alamchand Bridge, but they opened fire and fled. The police responded with force, shooting and injuring Monish, while Mahendra was arrested. One of the miscreants managed to escape during the confrontation, and the police are currently searching for them.
