Attack On the NIA Team: 

An attack occurred on the National Investigation Agency (NIA) officers in Bhupatinagar.

 East Midnapore district of West Bengal, while they were investigating an explosion case. According to the directions of the High Court, an investigation was underway regarding the Bhupatinagar explosion incident, during which the NIA personnel were attacked. The incident involved damaging the windows of the central agency's vehicle while interrogating suspects, claimed by the NIA that they were targeted during the interrogation.

According to police sources, NIA officers reached the scene before being provided security by the police. Police sources have claimed that an investigation will be conducted if a written complaint is received. According to the information received so far, the NIA team went there on Saturday morning when they had to face opposition and were allegedly attacked.
