Most of the children are coming here with friends. In very few cases, the parents are with them. Till now, we have seen only girls and women being concerned about the beauty of their complexion, looks or face. For this, she does a lot to enhance the beauty of her face through various types of abstinence, dieting, eating junk food or beauty parlour. Still, now boys have also started becoming serious about the beauty of their faces and, due to this, Started trying to know. Not only this, we are also solving it. This has come to light in the counselling held every month at the Friendship Clinic of the Civil Hospital.

Every month, more than 220 teenagers come for counselling.
Every month, about 400 teenagers up to 19 years of age come to Mitra Clinic for counselling regarding various problems. In this, more than 50 per cent of the children are those who have issues related to their skin, and they are reaching the Mitrati Clinic for counselling to know the causes, prevention and side effects of these problems. Most of the children are coming here with friends. In very few cases, the parents are with them. The counsellors here are helping him in getting his treatment.

White spots on the face due to overeating outside food
A 17-year-old girl reached Friendship Clinic. There were white spots on his face, but why were there? He was not aware of it. She was weak physically, also. Mitrata Clinic told her that the reason for her vitiligo was that she was not eating correctly. Eats more outside food. Deficiency of many nutrients like Vitamin D, Vitamin E, and Calcium can also cause discolouration of the skin, which is the cause of white spots on your face or other parts of your body.

During counselling, it was explained to him that he should not diet. Nutritious food should be taken all three times. Don't eat junk food. There will be no shortage of blood due to this.
