JEE Main & NEET 2020: petition filed for the conduct of NEET 2020 and JEE Main 2020 entrance examinations will be heard in the Supreme Court today. This petition has demanded that the examinations should not be conducted amidst the Kovid-19 epidemic across the country and their dates should be postponed for the present. Let us know that the JEE Main 2020 examination is to be conducted by the first week of next month i.e. September 1 to September 6 by the National Examination Agency (NTA), the body conducting both exams. At the same time, the agency has announced to conduct NEET 2020 examination on 13 September. According to the information received, more than 20 lakh candidates have registered for both the examinations. According to the petition, the presence of such a large number of students in physical examinations is likely to increase the risk of epidemic infections.

As per the public notices issued by the NTA, JEE (Main) April 2020 is scheduled from September 1-6, while NEET UG 2020 exam is scheduled for September 13
